What is Pre-session?

A preliminary discussion with the therapist to understand the issue indepth and create a detail plan for therapeutic sessions. One can book pression through phone call or video call over zoom by paying specific charges

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy involves exploring issues and concerns and then applying appropriate and effective interventions. Talking to a therapist is about opening up about what is going on in your life, letting an outside person come in and offer another perspective.

How much does therapy cost?

Therapy costs vary based on the individual concerns, session type and no of sessions. Costs are subjective, tailored to specific therapeutic interventions. Please check with the team for more details

Does session happen offline or online?

Yes, session happens both online and offline based on client requirement. One can schedule a pre-session and discuss the details of sessions with team before booking

How many sessions will I need to have?

There are no guarantees as each situation is different. Some goals may be reached in a session or two, while others may require ongoing commitment to the therapeutic process. It is important that you discuss any questions, concerns, or discomfort you are having regarding the therapeutic process.
